leaky shower slow service
the location was acceptable for airport access.
I booked a twin room but got a king. staff said it was an 'upgrade', though i needed two beds. getting extra bedding took forever. It reminded me of pulling teeth. the bathroom had a leaky shower, leaving a puddle after each use.

The breakfast had great variety. I found the front desk staff helpful . The room cleaning service was available quickly upon request, and it kept the space quite tidy.
The wifi was unreliable . Connectivity was intermittent. The gym was dusty, and the equipment looked unused. The airport shuttle fee felt expensive for the very short distance it covered. The price was 1100 INR.

The location is convenient to the airport. however, i had some issues. the food i ordered from in-room dining was not great. also, the window view was just other hotels. It wasn't very scenic!
